| Buyer reserves right to reject any shipments of soybeans with CROTALARIA, hot, |
|
| heating, sour, musty, or COFO notations; which contain stones; or are otherwise distinctly |
|
| low quality; or do not meet requirements of the United States Food and Drug Administration. |
